30 Minute Circuit Work-Out
Your workout at Fitness Express combines cardiovascular training
with strength training, which dramatically increases the
effectiveness of the workout while significantly reducing the amount
of time you need to spend working out. Together they will keep you
fit and looking good!

The Hydraulic equipment that you will be using works two muscle groups at once as opposed to traditional exercise
machines. You actually push with one muscle group and pull with
another. The Aerobic Recovery stations between each piece of
equipment enables you to maintain your target heart rate while
giving your muscles the rest they need in between exercises. Be
persistent and do it three times a week and you will see wonderful
results; a leaner, toned, stronger body.

Work at your own pace, listening to great music and chatting with
other women who are there for the same reason you are. The beautiful
tones and serene environment of Fitness Express will inspire you to
come back over and over again. It will become the place where you
not only exercise but also relax and take a few minutes for
yourself.
It's Safe:
Working on hydraulic equipment is safe, primarily because you are
pushing and pulling weight as opposed to lifting and lowering. The
lowering of weight is responsible for 85% of all exercise injuries and is
the cause of the sore muscles you experience after using standard
lift and lower equipment or free weights. Since you don’t lower
weight when using hydraulic equipment you avoid muscle soreness.
When you push or pull on the hydraulic equipment you are moving
fluid through a confined area. The faster you pull, the greater the
resistance. Hydraulic resistance machines are very joint-friendly
(again less chance of injuries).
