  • Strength Training - A combination of strength training and cardio using free weights, bands, balls etc. An intense fat-burning workout!
     
  • Pilates - A series of exercises performed on a mat based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. This class is designed to improve flexibility, coordination and posture as well as increase awareness of proper body alignment and breathing. Pilates is also designed to strengthen abdominal muscles, leg, back and glutes. This class is suitable for all levels of participants.
     
  • Pilates w/ Bands - Traditional mat Pilates class utilizing bands.
     
  • Pilates w/ Ball - Traditional mat Pilates class utilizing the fit ball.
     
  • Pilates & Strength - Traditional mat Pilates class utilizing free weights.
     
  • Kickboxing - High Intensity cardio workout combining non-contact kickboxing with elements of boxing, martial arts, self defense & athletic training. Increases strength & flexibility.
     
  • Cardio Fusion - Hard Core, Total Body Cardiovascular workout combining Hi/Lo Impact Aerobics, Power-Boxing, Butts n Guts, easy to follow Dance Moves, Core Strengthening and Intensive Cardio Training using steps, exercise balls and weights. High energy, heart pumping workout.
