- Strength Training - A combination of strength training
and cardio using free weights, bands, balls etc. An intense
fat-burning workout!
- Pilates - A series of exercises performed on a mat
based on the regimen designed by Joseph Pilates. This class is
designed to improve flexibility, coordination and posture as well
as increase awareness of proper body alignment and breathing.
Pilates is also designed to strengthen abdominal muscles, leg,
back and glutes. This class is suitable for all levels of
participants.
- Pilates w/ Bands - Traditional mat Pilates class
utilizing bands.
- Pilates w/ Ball - Traditional mat Pilates class
utilizing the fit ball.
- Pilates & Strength - Traditional mat Pilates class
utilizing free weights.
